Here at Hobbs & Hopkins - ProTime Lawnseed, we are excited to announce the addition of our new Pipolina MicroClover to our popular Ecology Mixes and our new low-maintenance Alternative Lawn Mixes.

Pipolina is an exclusive variety of trifolium repens not available elsewhere. We have opted to replace more common clovers with this tiny, dense growing, nitrogen-fixer, which carries all the benefits of traditional clover packed into very tiny leaves. Here are just some of the many advantages of Pipolina:

Rough & Ready, the newest in our line of alternative lawns, makes full use of Pipolina MicroClover alongside Sheep Fescue, Hard Fescue and Dwarf Perennial Ryegrass so that you spend less time and energy slaving over a lawn this season! This mix is exceptionally low-growing and can withstand very low mowing heights. It is both drought tolerant and resistant to the winter die off. Again, the dense growth habit of the microclover allows for a tidy appearance year round.
